We sell and install wood burning and multi fuel stoves to a wide spectrum of customers, and provide consultation about sustainable heating options. Recently we have opened a new showroom to expand our activities in the market for domestic stoves and provide a top class retail facility and space for customers to receive advice about sustainable heating.
Our showroom presents a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where customers can view stoves and receive advice from informed and polite staff. This approach is carried through to our completed projects by a competent and motivated installation team.

Person Requirements
The ideal candidate will be interested in business and marketing, green technology and meeting people. Previous knowledge of stoves and working in sustainable business is not required as full training and guidance will be provided. Emphasis is placed upon candidates with a positive outlook, an ability to multi-task and to be self-motivating. Candidates should also be outgoing, personable and well-organised with an aptitude to pick up new tasks quickly. Working within a small team the candidate will have overall responsibility for maintaining a lively customer-focussed showroom and presenting a friendly face as the first point of contact for the business. Marketing Stoveco as operations expand will also be a focus of this role.

- Acting as the first point of contact with customers in a friendly and relaxed fashion while focusing on delivering the required information in a concise and professional manner;
- Speedy familiarization with our product range including an overview of stock and credit control;
- Improving and maintaining in house systems to ensure quick and professional customer service and effective communication between colleagues and suppliers;
- Conceiving, planning and implementing strategies to continue to develop our existing marketing and sales efforts while bringing in new ideas and concepts;
Qualifications/Skills
- Bright, friendly and confident with a strong understanding of customer service;
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written;
- Interest in design, the environment, people and business;
- Interest in marketing and advertising;
- Personal commitment, efficiency and drive for results;
- Experience of working effectively independently and within a small team;
- Self-motivation and willing to multi-task to achieve team objectives;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a proven ability to learn new systems speedily;
